13 Times When You Say YES But Internally Scream NO

Anything that is more annoying than a slow internet is facing a situation wherein unwillingly you ALWAYS end up saying YES.

Situations like:

1. When your aunt gifts you a fluoro-yellow dress and exclaims, “Don’t you just love it?”

 

2. When you are about to leave and your boss asks (or rather orders), “Can you do this before leaving?”

 

3. Every time your mom very sweetly (and dramatically) asks you to walk the dog early morning

 

4. When your friend requests you to buy a gift and courier it to their BF/GF on their behalf

 

5. When you are already late for work and your neighbour asks to hitch a ride to some place that’s not even on your way!

 

6. When you are loving your me-time with your TV and your grumpy aunt sweetly asks, “Beta, can you switch to Star Plus?

 

7. When your friend gets into a relationship with a creep and asks you, “He is nice, right?”

 

8. When at work, they offer you a must-do task that you REALLY don’t want to do

 

9. When your friend puts his hand into your food and asks, “Do you mind?”

 

10. When you are playing a game on your phone and suddenly a text from your girlfriend pops up reading, “Do you really love me?”

 

11. When you call up your boyfriend to tell him something very important and he says, “Can we talk tomorrow? I am too tired.”

 

12. Every time your friends demand treat.

 

13. When you have a severe bout of loose motions but are too embarrassed to say anything but ‘yes’, when your friends ask, “Are you okay?”

 

Try saying ‘no’ to such questions the next time, and you will instantly know that it was a wrong decision. 😀
