Punjab Man Makes Guinness World Record By Spinning A Basketball On A Toothbrush. Because Why Not!

Apart from being host to enormous cultural and religious diversities, India is a land that belongs to plenty of unique individuals and their distinctive talents.

There is so much happening around the world and I know, it can make you feel wary and tired. It’s very important to break the monotony of it all and divide your attention to something that really won’t take up your mind – only your eyes and appreciation.

For that very reason, here’s a little inspiration from an interesting Indian who has achieved one of the coolest world records ever (well, it’s pointless, but cool anyway).

Meet Mr. Sandeep Singh, the man who just broke a Guinness World Record of spinning a basketball for the longest time – on a toothbrush!

When I say broke, it means that there was a previous record set at a mere 6.84 seconds, but Mr. Sandeep nailed the trick with 53 seconds of perfect balance! He first spins the ball on his finger and then transfers it onto his toothbrush.

Sandeep who hails form Punjab, is a local hero there. He said that it was his “dream to break a world record”.

You can watch Sandeep in 53 seconds of nail-biting action right here.

I just have one doubt: Why?
If you’re struggling with the same question, worry not. Because we Indians are weird in our own little ways.

Cheers to that.
