Indian movies are famous for being inaccurate, and Rustom just made an entry into the inaccurate club. South Indian movies often portray scenes that are plain ridiculous as all logic is thrown out of the window.
Bollywood is also famous for all the crime against historical accuracy. As it was apparent in Mohenjo Daro’s trailer and movie.
So, just before Rustom’s release, everyone thought it would be perfect. Since its story has been well-documented, unlike the happenings in Mohenjo Daro.
But this tweet by Sandeep Unnithan pointed out all the factual errors in just one single photo from the movie
Bollywood can never get the uniform right. The horrid #Rustom (set in '59) is no exception. pic.twitter.com/t7NyaJaGdM

According to the tweet, the rank insignia is wrong. Also, the medals are for wars that have not happened in 1954 yet.
With so many errors in just one picture, we wonder how many factual errors might be present in the whole movie?
