MTV Roadies and Splitsvilla creator Raghu Ram tied the knot with Canadian singer Natalie Di Luccio in December 2018. Their stunning Goa beach wedding included a sundowner Mehendi, a sangeet, traditional south-Indian pheras and also a Christian exchange of vows.
According to NDTV, the happy couple announced that they were pregnant in August 2019 and thereafter moved houses to make room for the baby. Raghu was quoted saying,
“She decorated the nursery with beautiful quotations and messages from my friends on the walls. There are also cute little animals, clouds and stars in the room. It has a beautiful vibe.”
On January 6, 2020, they became parents to a baby boy. The mommy-to-be opted for a water birth at a hospital in Mumbai. Mumbai Mirror quoted the new father revealing,
“There are actually many emotions. We had been preparing for this for months. We learned more about pregnancy, childbirth, and baby care but none of it actually prepares you for parenthood.”

As far as the name of the little munchkin goes, he added that they wanted to “find a multi-cultural, multi-national and multi-lingual name to reflect our union. So, we picked Rhythm. More, importantly, it can’t be linked with any religion.”
Earlier, Kalki Koechlin had also opened up about planning a water birth and deciding on a gender-neutral name for her baby. Isn’t that wonderful?
