12 Reasons Rachel Zane Is The Kind Of Woman I’d Date

I’ve been watching a lot of Suits lately, since I wanted to do a whole rerun before starting Season 6. And I’ve come to realize that, if I was a guy, or lesbian, I would totally date Rachel Zane. Forget date, I’d straight up marry her.

And after reading my reasons, you would too…

1. She never gave up on her dream, no matter how hard it got.

And finally got into a reputed law school! Without any help from her dad.

 

2. She accepted Mike for who he was.

Criminal activity and all.

 

3. She choose to protect him instead of living out a dream wedding.

And took her mother’s disappointment of not having a grand wedding.

 

4. She never stopped believing in him.

Not even when he went to jail.

 

5. She’s even carrying out all her woes without being married.

She really did abide by the ‘For better or for worse’ bit.

 

6. She’s got just enough sass to balance her emotional persona.

That’s partly why Mike fell in love with her.

 

7. She looks so damn good in just about anything she wears.

So, she’s probably help me out with shopping!

 

8. She wasn’t afraid to work hard to win Mike’s best friend’s respect.

Harvey is Mike’s family, friend and mentor. She knew how important it was to win his respect, so she went ahead and became his right hand woman when Mike left.

 

9. She’s fiercely independent.

She didn’t want to be identified as Robert Zane’s daughter, she wanted to be known by her own reputation. So, she worked to establish her independence, in terms of education, career, money and even love.

 

10. She’ll go out of her way to help you but she’s not a pushover.

Even as a paralegal she helped Mike with whatever he needed, even though it wasn’t her job. But she knows how to stand her ground when needed, so she refuses to be steam rolled by anyone.

 

11. She can take charge when needed and support you when you want her to.

She can be a leader and take decisions and at the same time she gets that sometimes you don’t need advice, just someone to listen.

 

12. And once she loves you, she loves you forever.

And that is pretty damn clear!

So, come one God, give me a male version of Rachel Zane already!
