Holy Moly! This Guy Guessed Why ‘Kattapa Killed Baahubali’ Back In 2015 And It Is ACCURATE!

What more can I say about the ‘Baahubali’ craze that hasn’t already been said and written? In fact, after the glorious 1000 crores (and counting), I’m afraid if my words will do any justice to the frenzy amongst fans for this magnum opus by SS Rajamouli. A frenzy that grew bigger after knowing why ‘Kattapa killed Baahubali’!

However, what If I say there was one man who knew it before anyone else did?

 

Yes, Quora user, Sushant Dahal had long back predicted the reason why Kattapa drew a sword across Baahubali’s chest and it all makes sense. Mind you, he did so on July 18, 2015. That’s right. He then wrote, 

My guess would be:
1. Amarendra Bahubali and Bhalladeva both fall in love with the same girl; Devsena. But Devsena chooses Amarendra Bahubali as she falls for his kind nature; loosing both the kingdom and girl made Bhalladeva frustrated and hence, “Bhalladeva” with the support of his father, plots conspiracy against Amarendra Bahubali, and manages to convince the queen Sivagami and she orders Katappa to kill “Amarendra Bahubali”. Even though Katappa likes him, he has to follow his queen’s order, and so, he kills Amarendra Bahubali. He regrets this all his life and waiting for a chance to correct his mistake.

2. After queen orders Katappa to kill “Amarendra Bahubali”, she realises the true intention of Bhalladeva; only to be late enough that “Amarendra Bahubali” is killed and Bhalladeva trying to overtake the throne and kill the child too.

This is the story I can guess, one that matches the hints provided.

 

How cool is that? Seems like we have one more movie pundit to follow!
