4 Puppies Starve To Death In Hyd After Owner Leaves Country And The Sight Is Soul-Crushing

The world is a pretty scary place to live in. And that’s me, a confession of a human (not a great one, though). Have you ever thought how difficult it must be for the voiceless animals who have to put up with the ‘social’ and pathetic excuse of their kind? Yes, us!

And if you still have doubts about the aforementioned, this will make change your mind (and crush your heart and soul).

In an unfortunate incident, four one-month-old Pug puppies died after starving for eight days in Hyderabad after their owner, Elvis Cameroon, a student at Osmania University went back to his home in Africa to renew his passport.

Elvis had apparently entrusted his friend, C. Peter to feed and attend the puppies but he couldn’t, owing to a leg injury. The pugs died after going for eight days without water and food.

It was only when Elvis’ neighbour phoned S. Raviteja, a volunteer with People for Animals, who could no longer hear the puppied bark. Raviteja later said,

“The hall window was open. we found the four puppies lying dead in the hall while the parent Pugs survived. There was no food or water in reach of the dogs.”

The sadder part is, no case has been booked as yet because it is unclear which police station has jurisdiction. Seriously, are allowed to call ourselves human?!
