Professor Turns Babysitter For Student Who Came To Class With His Infant, Wins Hearts

A student at the Morehouse College, in Atlanta, Georgia, was finding it difficult to shuffle between the responsibilities of a father and taking notes in class. That is because, the man had to walk into the classroom with his infant on his lap, as he did not have a babysitter or someone to look after his child at home.

However, it was mathematics professor Nathan Alexander and his extremely heartwarming gesture, which came to the man’s rescue.

In an exceedingly humanitarian act, Alexander not only understood the father’s problem but also offered to hold his daughter so that he could take notes without any trouble. After hearing the father’s explanation of coming to class with his baby, Alexander replied,

“No problem, in fact I will even hold her so you can take better notes in class.”

Alexander carried the baby for the entirety of the class and also gave his lectures while doing so.

The picture was shared on Facebook and Twitter by a fellow classmate, Nick Vaughn. He also added a detailed note along with it in a bid to describe the sweet incident.

And guess what? The tweet caught the eye of Nathan Alexander himself and he was quick to pitch in with a reply.

It is for people and acts like this that our faith in humanity is still intact. Much love to the professor!
