While some mistakes hardly come to anyone’s notice, a few others might become a topic of discussion in the office. And if you are a journalist reporting an incident ‘LIVE’, making a gaffe can really cost you!

An old video of a US news reporter is doing rounds on Twitter lately. The video shows Sara Welch of KTLA news station reporting a news segment live. She is heard saying, “We tried to reach out to the man who died in this pursuit. They were unavailable for comment. Back to you,” in the video.

Journalist’s attempt to take bytes from a dead man has cracked up the internet. Hilarious comments flooded in within hours on the viral video.

Thankfully, she did not get an Ouija board on live TV to summon the ghost of the dead man for his comments!

Perhaps she intended to say that she tried to reach out to the ‘family members’ of the man who died and died and ended up making a hilarious goof-up! Nevertheless, we were certainly entertained by the gaffe!
