Nawazuddin Siddiqui grabbed the limelight with his anti-hero persona in ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’ and then there was no going back. Many people love and resonate with Nawazuddin because of his common-man looks and his humble personality which has elevated him to the status of a star from an extra who played a petty pick-pocket in a film.
Perhaps, looking at this zeal of people to know more about his humble beginnings and his time as a struggler in the tinsel town, Nawazuddin decided to publish a book with all the uncensored and unadulterated events of his life titled ‘An Ordinary Life’.
However, in presenting an uncensored version of his feelings in his book, Nawaz bhai appeared to cross some lines when he described in detail about his past relationships with Niharika Singh and Sunita Rajwar.
Following this, his past girlfriends have criticised him for making those details public without their consent to gain publicity for his book. Nawazuddin was also accused of fabricating details of his affairs with the actresses.
After Niharika Singh criticised him for blowing a fleeting relationship out of proportion, Sunita Rajwar has bashed Nawazuddin in a Facebook post adding that he is a sympathy seeker, divulging details of why she broke up with him.
She wrote that she had never painted his walls in his house as he had claimed and also alleged that Nawazuddin uses his economic background or his struggling days to gain sympathy even though, her economic background was far worse than his. She also said that she stopped taking Nawaz’s calls as she was disgusted by him and his mindset.
Divulging details of the reason of their break up, she said,
“Maine tumhe tumhari garibi ki wajah se nahi tumhari garib soch ki wajah se chhora tha.”
(“I left you not because of your poor economic status but because of your poor thinking.”)

With all these revelations coming to light, Nawazuddin could be viewed by people in a whole new light or they might get even more attached to their star. However, with him withdrawing his book, the controversies could be laid to rest.
