Mumbai Girl Overhears Guy’s Cheating Story And Writes FB Post To Warn His GF, Goes Viral!

Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned. Now you’ll think it’s a tad bit cliché, my quoting this. We all know you don’t cross a woman and survive unharmed. But if you think what she doesn’t know won’t hurt her, and that in turn, will let you off you easy, then pay very close attention to what you read next. Because, dear men who cheat, let me tell you, we women have got each other’s backs!

As the story in these digital times always goes, it all began with a social media post.

Mumbai girl Aishwarya Sharma wrote a Facebook post about a conversation she overheard at a popular watering hole in Andheri one evening. A guy was bragging to his friend about ‘ditching’ someone called Supriya for another girl.

Sharma wished she could warn the poor girl to steer clear of this alleged ‘cheater’, whose name was Aman. But all she knew were random names of the people involved. And so, in a show of solidarity for her fellow woman, Sharma sought help for her mission to #SaveSupriya from being heartbroken!

Yeah female fam! We got you!

PS: Nice touch with the ‘gobar tatti’! Nothing’s more impactful than a few desi expletives!

So what do you think happened? Well, of course, #SaveSupriya became a legit thing pretty fast, with everyone trying to help find the soon-to-be-heartbroken girl.

1. We’re here for this!

2. Badass!

3. Here’s hoping!

4. We got your back, sister!

5. Sabak sikhaao!

There were a couple of hits and misses in finding the right Supriya. But friends sure had their share of fun checking in with all the Supriyas on their list!

LOL!

Of course, not everyone (read: boys) was happy that she eavesdropped on a private conversation or the way she was about to damage someone’s relationship so savagely.

1. Moral policing much?

2. Umm… okay?

3. Invasion of privacy!

4. Fair?

Despite the tremendous response her post has received, the elusive Supriya has still not been found. But Sharma is optimistic that Aman (the cheater) be taught a lesson.

She wrote another Facebook post thanking everyone for the help and hoping #SaveSupriya actually makes a difference!

What Aishwarya Sharma did treads a very thin line between having a fellow woman’s back and being creepily invasive of some stranger’s privacy by eavesdropping. But it is amazing to see how she has managed to rouse so many folks to her cause, not just women but men included. Kudos!

To the boastful Aman and his friend who gives crappy advice, all I can say is, beware! Your cheating ways might land you in some serious shit! And I have a feeling, nobody would be willing to start a #SaveAman campaign to help your cause then!
