‘Afreen Afreen’ Singer, Momina Shut Down A ‘Shamer’ Who Compared Her To His Maid

I’m sure you’ve heard Coke Studio’s version of ‘Afreen Afreen‘. And like me, some of you must have heard it on loop for a good hour and a half. And if you’ve seen the video, it’s hard to miss Momina Mustehsan.

People all over the internet went crazy praising Momina Mustehsan after watching ‘Afreen Afreen’, because let’s face it she’s beautiful and talented AF!

But seeing all this praise and fanfare, one human being, by the name of Hashaam Baig, decided he wasn’t a big fan or a respectful human being.

There are a million things wrong with his post, but Momina nailed it and gave it back so accurately, that it only makes us love her more!

She couldn’t have said it better. This isn’t just about celebrities, every one of us is ridiculed on the way we look and that is just not right. It’s time to put a stop to this attitude, where you consider a particular section of the society pretty and the other ugly. Everyone’s their own kind of pretty and your conventional ‘beautiful’ should no longer be a fad in the society.
