Guy Tweets At CM To Halt GF’s Marriage, Things Take A Turn When The ‘Girl’ Responds

Last week. Bihar’s chief minister Nitish Kumar declared an extension of the lockdown till May 25 to stop the spread of coronavirus in the state. He took to Twitter to announce the same.

But his tweet was met with a bizarre request by a disheartened aashiq named Pankaj Kumar Gupta, Times Now reports. The man urged the CM to ban weddings during the lockdown stating, “Sir, if you could also impose a ban on weddings…then my girlfriend’s wedding scheduled on 19 May would also be postponed. I shall be grateful to you all my life.”

But things didn’t end here as the matter took a hilarious turn when another user named Navya Kumari replied to Pankaj posing as the girlfriend in question. In a now-deleted comment, she wrote, “When you left me and went to talk to Pooja, I also used to cry a lot, Pankaj. Today I am getting married happily, so please do not do this. But Pankaj, no matter if I get married to someone else, you will forever live in my heart. Please do come to my wedding, I would like you to see me off.”

It only became funnier when there was a twist in the tale. Pankaj responded asking, “Who are you, sister?” to which Navya replied, “Gulab ki chah me tum gulab jamun ko kho diye tum, Pankaj.”

But the frustrated lover didn’t stop as he even tagged actor Sonu Sood in another tweet repeating his bizarre request.

Before her wedding, he also tweeted poetic lines in which he said that he missed her.

As of now, Navya’s comments and her account are not visible as they might be deleted.
