Actor Kangana Ranaut and Punjabi singer Diljit Dosanjh have been repeatedly calling out each other on social media after their feud over the former’s alleged misidentification of an elderly Sikh woman named Mahinder Kaur.
After the ‘Queen’ actor referred to him as “Karan Johar ke paltu”, Diljit didn’t shy away from schooling her, but in his native language. Their war of words has been a hot topic on social media right now.
Now, Kangana again called out the ‘Good Newwz’ actor alleging that he disappeared from the scene after instigating the farmers. Kangana also targeted desi girl Priyanka Chopra after she extended her support to the farmers.
Kangana wrote in Hindi:
मैं चाहती हूँ कि @diljitdosanjh और @priyankachopra जी जो किसानों केलिये लोकल क्रांतिकारियों की भूमिका में दिखे कम से कम एक विडीओ की माध्यम से किसानों को ये तो बताएँ की उनको विरोध किस बात का करना है,दोनों किसानों को भड़काकर ग़ायब हो गए हैं, और देखो किसानों की और देश की ये हालत है। https://t.co/k6G8YRVItQ

She further tweeted asking that whether these popular celebs should face any sort of government inquiry or case for allegedly adding fuel to such protests, reports Hindustan Times.

Then Diljit took to the microblogging site and responded to her allegations. Retweeting a news report, Diljit wrote in Punjabi:
“Don’t even think that I have disappeared. Moreover, who gave her the authority to decide who is a patriot and who is an anti-national? Who made her the authority? Have some shame before you label farmers as anti-nationals.”
Disappeared Wala Tan Bulekha Hee Kadh Deo..
Naley Kon Desh Premi Te Kon Desh Virodhi Eh Decide Karn Da Hakk Ehnu Kiney De Ta ?

To which Kangana responded:
Choose to skip the middle man and sell their products directly to corporates or consumers, everyone feels these are revolutionary steps taken by the government to help miserable condition of farmers in India, then why are you provoking protests? Please help me understand your POV🙏

Hours after her comment, Diljit posted a link to a news report and said:
“Although I think that we don’t need to give you any explanation, stop pretending to be an authority on every matter. But still, you keep obsessing over me the entire day. So here you go, take some time out and listen to this.”
Vaise Tan Mainu Lagda Bai Tainu Samjhaiye Yaan Dasiye EH Zaruri Ni..

— DILJIT DOSANJH (@diljitdosanjh) December 16, 2020
Taking a sarcastic dig at the news reports claiming he ‘disappeared’, Diljit further tweeted:
“Okay then, I am off to sleep. Now don’t publish the news that I disappeared. Talk to you in the morning.”
CHANGA Fer… Saun Lagga..
Avi Na Disappeared Wali News Chala Deo..

Kangana had yesterday, through her tweet, said that the farmers’ protest resulted in a cumulative loss of Rs 70,000 crore. Questioning Diljit and Priyanka Chopra she wrote:
Cost of farmers protests so far 70,000 crores, because of dharna economic slowdown in neighbouring industries and small factories, might lead to riots, @diljitdosanjh and @priyankachopra you understand our actions have serious consequences please tell me who will pay for this? https://t.co/1KHSuFyQTo

Well, we don’t see Diljit and Kangana’s Twitter war ending soon. What about you?
