Did you know in order to make a fancy-ass fur coat, fur of as many as 20 foxes, 35 rabbits and 100 chinchillas are used? Oh, yes! That’s what it takes to make that coat look so fashionable – the tremendous pain of these harmless animals. In order to show solidarity and stop animal fur trade, seasoned actor, Irrfan Khan took a challenge.
‘Pink’ actor Kirti Kulhari asked Irrfan to take what is now called #StripTheFur challenge. In it, in order to show support against the animal fur trade, you need to wax off a strip of hair. And, Irrfan did that after exclaiming an ‘ouch’!

It, on a minuscule level, makes you feel the pain animals go through when fur is stripped from them.
Kirti, who is seen in the video with Irrfan, took the challenge earlier and is bringing the movement to Bollywood.
The challenge is gradually spreading across the globe and people are taking it up.
