60 Docs Across India Dance To ‘Happy’ To Bring Some ‘Sunshine’ Amid Dark Times Of Covid-19

Not just financial and employment issues, the coronavirus lockdown has taken a toll on people’s mental health as well. Mental Health experts have claimed how the current pandemic has triggered anxiety, depression, panic attacks, insomnia, etc. amongst people.

To spread some cheer in this dark time, 60 doctors from across the country came together virtually for a video and danced to Pharrell Williams’ song ‘Happy’, reports Hindustan Times.

The video was shared by The Ministry of Memories on Instagram to bring some sunshine into people’s lives and simultaneously spread mental health awareness.

The doctors featuring in the video came from various cities across India including Bangalore, Pune, Nagpur, Surat, Delhi, Kochi, Kolkata, Agra, etc. They have called the video the ‘Song of Hope’.
