Saree. An elegant piece of clothing which looks good on any and every woman. While some of us love wearing a saree and flaunting it, there are some who’d prefer not draping them. And, that’s fine. It’s all about comfort and preference of the wearer.
While attempting to show the struggles of wearing a saree, that too at work, India Today’s mobile channel Life Tak made a video.
Their vid, which shows some issues women face with sarees at work, cites some of the instances like skin show, age-related comment, odd questions from co-workers, trouble while walking, et al.
Here’s the video.
Wearing a sari to your office is one hell of an uphill climb. #LifeTak

This surely didn’t go down well with the netizens and they instantly schooled them.
1. One offered to teach them.
I can drape a saree in 10mins,play garba in it for hours. @IndiaToday send your clumsy interns to me and I will teach them how, free of cost!

Life Tak faced a lot of flak and people started #Sareebound and other hashtags.
It struck the wrong chord with people. They tried to show something else and the end result turned out to be quite opposite of what they intended, we guess.
