Deadpool Gets Fooled By The Wolverine & Mysterio In Real Life, But Fans Are Loving It!

Comic readers are aware of that fact that Wolverine and Deadpool share an enjoyable love-hate relationship. Their live-screen incarnations, played by Hugh Jackman and Ryan Reynolds, did get to emulate that on the big-screen. But we don’t talk much about that.

Thankfully, as Jackman and Reynolds’ off-screen camaraderie is similar to the superheroes they play, we get to see a Deadpool-Wolverine crossover every other day on social media. And now Jake Gyllenhaal is getting in on the fun as well!

In the comics, Deadpool usually has the upper-hand while pulling off pranks because he’s an expert in it. However, in real life, Ryan Reynolds was blindsided due to the combined powers of Hugh Jackman and Jake Gyllenhaal.

“These fucking assholes said it was a sweater party.”

And just to rub salt into the poor man’s wounded heart, they celebrated the event of bamboozling Reynolds by celebrating right in front of him.

While Ryan Reynolds was recovering, many fans noticed that Gyllenhaal’s casting as Mysterio meant that this was kind of a Marvel gathering. So, they decided to commemorate it with photos, greetings and reassuring pats on Deadpool’s back.

Hardcore Ryan Reynolds/Deadpool fans (I mean, they’re technically the same person), calm your nerves. I’m sure this is all in good fun. That said, since these three share such great chemistry, would you like to see them in a movie together, unless Jackman decides to make a return as Logan and Marvel announces an anti-hero road-trip movie?
