Gujarat Govt Official Says, “I Am Kalki Avatar, Can’t Come To Office”

Bunking our schools, colleges and work are familiar to each one of us and the reasons we came up with to cushion the absence were pretty similar for all. While fever, family gathering and loose motion were the most common excuses, many of us would simply write ‘unavoidable circumstances’ to avoid further conversation.

However, a Gujarat based government official took the excuse game to a different level altogether, with a reason sure to tease your mind.

Rameshchandra Fefar, a superintending engineer with the Sardar Sarovar Punarvasvat Agency project, said that he is Kalki Avatar, the tenth incarnation of Lord Vishnu when a show cause notice was sent to him for his absence.

Speaking about the notice at his Rajkot house, Fefar said,

“Even if you don’t believe, I am indeed the tenth incarnation of Lord Vishnu and I will prove it in coming days. I realised that I am Kalki Avatar when I was in my office in March 2010. Since then, I am having divine powers.”

In his reply to the notice issued by the agency, Fefar claimed that he is busy meditating at home in order to raise global consciousness.

“I am doing penance at home by entering into fifth dimension to change the global conscience….I can’t do such penance sitting in office.”

The man, who is currently in his 50s, went on to add that due to his dedicated penance, India has been blessed with good rainfall for the past 19 years.

“whether it’s more important for the agency to make me sit in the office and do time pass or do some concrete work to save the country from drought. Just because I am Kalki Avatar, India got good rains.” added his two-page reply.

Despite being one of the five or six superintending engineers of the agency, Fefar has attendance has been highly fluctuating since he joined the project in September 2017. the legal notice which was slammed on him, says,

“You have remained highly erratic ever since you joined duty on September 22, 2017…you have remained absent without any authorization. This kind of conduct is not befitting a government official. Your absence from duty has adversely impacted the working of rehabilitation which is in its final stages as you are not available for providing guidance to the subordinates.”

The notice also asked for an explanation for his unauthorised absence and stated that action would be taken under prevalent rules if he failed to do so.

The bizarre reply from the Gujarat based engineer has created a massive buzz, especially among the government officials. The agency confirmed that they have received his answer and will now present it to the Gujarat Government.

Well, humans never fail to surprise! And this was just another proof of how delusional people can be!
