Earlier people used to get inspired by movies and copy the scenes and dialogues from our Masala Bollywood films to implement them in daily life. But the tables have now turned and people themselves provide filmmakers with controversial and exciting content from real-life that is worth making a film on!
Police constable Vikas Munde was informed about a traffic jam in Chheda Nagar locality of Chembur in eastern Mumbai. He immediately rushed to the spot and found a dark grey colored Honda City parked in the middle of the road which was blocking the traffic during rush hour.
Munde knocked the driver’s window to enquire about the situation when one of the riders in the car opened the window and Munde realized that all of them were heavily drunk.
The car reportedly reeked of alcohol with empty beer bottles lying all around. Munde asked the driver to park the car on the side of the road to clear the traffic. But all the drunk men stepped out of the car and started arguing with him.
“They soon started abusing and beating me. They pounced on me and pushed me inside their car, and before I knew, they were speeding off at high speed.” Munde reportedly said, reports NDTV.
Police, however, managed to locate Munde soon with the help of his walkie talkie signals and a team from Vikhroli Traffic Police chased down the car. Two of the dunk men were arrested while the third one managed to flee.
S.P. Kamble, Senior Police Inspector, Tilak Nagar Police Station said that the two youngsters who were arrested were 21-year old Viraj S. Shinde and 22-year-old Gaurav M. Panjwani. The police are still looking for another miscreant Raj Singh involved in the incident.
“The breath analyser tests revealed they were heavily drunk, and even unfit to make a statement. We have booked them under various sections of Indian Penal Code and Motor Vehicles Act,” Kamble said.
We hope the miscreants are soon brought to justice for creating such a ruckus in the city. What a disgusting act it is!
