All dog lovers and owners would agree that there’s never a dull day with them. They are always up to some mischief that either cracks us up or make us go, ‘oh boy, not again!’ Remember how a journalist was photobombed by a dog on a bike or when a doggo tested his driving skills and drove the car in circles for an hour? Well, they have done it again.
In a video that is extensively shared on social media, a dog was seen driving a car into a pond in China’s Zhejiang province, reported News18. It all happened when the owner, Jia had left the doggo inside the car to pick up his wallet and some boxes he had left in his home. He had kept the engine on and the car trunk of the vehicle open while his pet dog named Pooch was sitting inside it.
But he came back to a huge surprise. On his return, he saw his white SUV floating into a nearby pond and his doggo struggling to get out of it. Actually, Pooch had accidentally shifted the gear of the car, causing it to fall in the pond, Republic TV reported.
Jia immediately rushed to save him. He called the locals for help and with the help of a wooden plank, they were able to rescue his pet. Pooch can be seen escaping from the sunroof of the drowning car.
Luckily, the man was quick to save the doggo and no one was injured in the process. While this might seem hilarious to us, think of the guy who later might have had to hustle to get his car out of the pond. I wonder if he was able to drive his own car ever again.
