Menstruation ! A topic that  cannot be discussed openly without inviting distasteful jokes or raising a few eyebrows around.  Let’s watch why we all need to just calm down about it.

It uncomplicatedly describes why it’s just a routine bodily process and there’s nothing strange or mysterious about it. A must watch for everybody (boys & girls alike).
We hope this video gets included in the curriculum of Sex-education by our schools, let Disney princesses teach our younger generation about menstruation.
