‘Tight Handcuffs, Good Food’: Prisoner Reviews Mumbai Police Station & Wants To Visit Again

Most of us often scan the review section before buying any product online. With Google review, people also have the leverage to read the first-hand experiences of other visitors of any place, be it a mall or a police station.

Recently, a detailed Google review of a police station by a detainee went viral online. Shared by IPS officer Santosh Singh, the review of Naya Nagar police station at Mira-Bhayandar in Mumbai was written by a person named Mansuri Avesh five months ago, reports Mid-day.

Sharing his experience while he was behind bars, Avesh wrote that the cops and the station were so nice that he would consider going back if given a chance. He gave it five stars.

Praising the infrastructure of the station and food, he wrote:

“Got arrested there. They treated me very well, the cells are also great, a good amount of room and very clean. Food was pretty good. The handcuff was a bit tight but it’s good, it does the job. The officers are also kind. Overall, it was a very good experience, and would definitely go there once again if I get the chance to.”

The unique review of the station got everyone talking. While some questioned if the station has a WIFI connection, others expressed their willingness to review their food, but as a guest.

The thana has been overall rated with 3.4 stars by other reviewers. Well, that’s what you call community service. Lol!
