In the bustling streets of Delhi, you will always come across people who are fighting as though their life depends on it. The reasons for the fight can be inconsequential, like who gets to buy the last piece of samosa from the local shop, but they’ll fight as though it’s a matter of national importance. While stuck in traffic, the humble horn becomes a battle cry and every time the infamous dialogue “Tu janta nahi mera baap kaun hai!” is thrown at each other.
Even at a cricket stadium during the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023, while a goosebumps-inducing match is taking place between Afghanistan and India, Delhiites in the crowd started their own match of insults and punches. Here’s a video that was taken on October 11 at Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. You’ll see how a typical Delhi street-fight-like situation breaks out between the fans.

Several people online couldn’t help but laugh at how accurately people from Delhi fit the stereotype! Here’s how some of them reacted:
Love us or hate us…but you can’t ignore Delhiites…😜😜😜

If you are in Delhi and you don’t spot people arguing like this, then there’s a problem! 😛
