Chai-biscuit, chai-pakode, chai-toast, I can name at least a 100 dishes that taste heavenly with tea. But no matter what, nothing beats the classic combination of chai and paratha. But what if someone gave a modern twist to this beloved dish?
Well, twitter user Owais Siddiqui recently shared a reimagined version of chai and paratha. Instead of chai, the user opted for masala chai (spiced milk tea) flavoured ice cream with paratha that was layered with sugar. Siddiqui made a cone out of the humble paratha and put scoops of masala chai ice cream in it.
Wow, this sure looks mouth-watering. But would it be any fun to enjoy the paratha without the garam garam chai? That happiness when you dip the soft parathas in hot tea will surely not be possible with ice cream. Hai na?
