SRK’s Fan made quite a valid point: A star is a star only because of his fans. If there won’t be a fan, there won’t be a star. The power of fandom is one no celebrity can deny. But sometimes, fans end up misusing this power and it becomes a real test for the celeb to delicately handle the situation. You can’t hurt their feelings, but you can’t even let them have their way, lest it encourages others to follow suit. So what does a star do? Celine Dion be like… “Hold my beer!”
Canadian songstress Celine Dion was recently performing in Las Vegas when a drunk female fan broke through all security barriers and got up on the stage.
The woman got physical pretty quickly, embracing the singer and, at one point, even somewhat humping her!
What was quite remarkable was that Celine Dion did not lose her cool or scream for security. Rather, she calmly spoke to the woman, and tried to reason with her while the security got there and tried to take her away.
“Let me tell you something. I’m glad you came up on stage tonight. I Know you just wanted to come closer to me. But you know what, I’m glad you came closer.”
While the drunk fan was all “Don’t touch me” when the security tried to pry her off the Titanic singer, Celine kept reassuring the fan in a soothing voice that it was okay.
“You know what? We’ve got babies that we love, and we’re going to fight for them. And we’re wearing gold, that’s a sign.”
She even convinced the woman that the men who were trying to get her off stage were in fact her friends and it was okay to go with them.
When the drunk fan was finally off stage, the singer spoke to her audience about how this was a very important thing that they had done for someone and thanked them for their patience.

Celine is literally a queen -the video doesn't even compare to seeing this in person. how she handled it was truly amazing compared to how others might have handled the situation 💞 @celinedion https://t.co/YyX0SG7Dc3

8. Another fan shared a similar story about the singer’s compassion and it’ll make you love Celine Dion even more!
Celine Dion is a compassionate soul & a Pro’s Pro. I took my kids to her show during Spring Break in 2017 & she was exceedingly patient & kind to a fan who’d written a song about her late husband, allowing him to come on stage & perform it, with her band improvising the melody.

10. Uh oh. That would be one hell of a sight!
Now I want to see Ms. Dion win a Grammy to see if she will be just as cordial when Kanye West storms up onto the podium in a drunken rage.
