We’ve all seen some or the other versions of the ‘Home-on-wheels’ concept. But Jesse Lipskin turned it into a beautiful reality when she decided to convert a 40 ft x 10 ft 1966 GMC Greyhound bus…

She found the bus on eBay and decided she could remodel it into an eco-friendly home that let her explore new places and still never be homesick!

It took three years, from purchase to completion, and some $70,000 to turn the bus into the completely functional, minimal and cosy home that it is right now!

Jessie didn’t have much knowledge about carpentry, plumbing, etc. But what she did have was an absolute love for DIY. It took a lot of hard labour to work everything out, taking into account that the bus would be moving, but the end result was amazing!

The tiny home bus boasts of a bedroom and a guest sleeping area, a fully functional kitchen, a bathroom, hardwood floors, and three huge closets!

Not to mention, two air-conditioners, LED lights with dimmers and the fact that the bus totally runs!

Let’s take a tour, shall we?  First stop, the master bedroom, a closet with two full-sized door mirrors, and a lovely reading nook!

At the other end of the bus home is Jessie’s kitchen, and another living room kinda space! The white interiors look gorgeous, don’t they?

The kitchen isn’t some random makeshift stove and sink; it;s the real deal! Look at those wooden counter tops and drawers, additional storage options, a fridge, and an oven!

In keeping with the eco-friendly theme, the bus home also boasts of an energy-efficient washing machine/drying spinner, instant hot water heater, and a propane tank! WHAAAA!

Who wouldn’t enjoy cooking with such an amazing view? OMG!

Just give a girl a nice bathroom mirror and she’s sold!

Jessie, who works remotely, has been living in her wonderful bus home for six months now and it has been a helluva ride!

But now this gorgeous bus home is up for sale! Jessie’s all set to travel internationally wants to give it up to get set for her next adventure abroad!

Would you ever consider living in such bus home?
