‘Save Your Sons From Turning Into Beasts,’ Says An Angry Anushka About The Bengaluru Shocker

Outrage and uproar are the order of the day in India now but unfortunately, it’s for all the wrong reasons. After the gripping night of horror in Bengaluru we expected our lawmakers to fight for our cause, for all those women who were groped, abused and molested on New Year’s eve but the fight today depicts a different tale.

And not just the people in power but even we, the commoners, are turning handicaps in front of our shortcomings. We stand and we stand still when we see a woman getting harassed 50 metres away from her home in Bengaluru. Isn’t it our fight too?

Addressing the concern, Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma recently tweeted a powerful note and claimed that it was not only men but we as a society, that failed too.

Anushka even took down a troll who took the moment to display idiocracy and divert the attention from the burning topic. She tweeted,
