Alia And Aditya Might Star In ‘The Fault In Our Stars’ Remake And We Hope They Don’t Ruin It

Now, if you didn’t cry at the end of the movie ‘The Fault In Our Stars‘ then you’re a stone-cold human! While I could gush over the movie, based on John Green’s novel of the same name all day, there is something else that has piqued my attention!

Karan Johar is apparently all set to make the Hindi version of ‘The Fault In Our Stars’, that has been in the pipeline for quite some time.

And according to a report in Mumbai Mirror, Dharma Productions has finalised Alia Bhatt and Aditya Roy Kapoor as the leads. An unidentified source was quoted saying, 

“Alia was always the first choice for the film. In fact, the project had been planned with her in mind. Now, impressed with Aditya’s performance in OK Jaanu, the production house has approached him for the male lead.”

The source also added that if the schedule is unhindered, we wouldn’t have to wait for long to see it on the big screen.

If everything goes as planned, the film should take off around June-July 2017.”

Alia and Aditya did spark a flame in ‘Dear Zindagi’ but ‘The Fault In Our Stars’ is too precious, guys!
