Air India Staff Reacts In The Most Shocking Way Possible To Its Passengers

Here’s what happened:

India’s leading flight carrier, Air India has behaved in the most shocking way possible, by refusing to let passengers who came 55 minutes early instead of 60 minutes.
The staff went on to being absolutely insensitive to the passengers and refused them entry point blank. One passenger in particular, a girl, was literally crying and begging them to let her go as she had her M. Phil entrance exam the next day, but apparently even that wasn’t reason enough for them to let the passengers go.

One of the passengers, Shivendra Namdeo was able to record this video and share with others to see.

Here’s what we think:

The way Air India staff has reacted is not only insensitive, but also speaks great volumes of how unaware they themselves are of their own boarding policy. This confusion began when the Air India staff claimed that passengers should be present 60 minutes before boarding the flight, whereas the passengers were sent messages on their phones stating that they needed to be there 45 minutes before boarding time.
