Aamir Khan was always my mom’s favourite actor. She’d say he can play just about any role and be really convincing. While I wasted my time on the new generation of actors, I more or less ignored her. But today, I see what she meant. He’s gone all out to look perfect for his part in Dangal. He’s taken fitness goals to a whole new level and it’s inspiring.

Yeah the Andaz Apna Apna Days were great! Such a cute actor, so you’d expect some seriously romantic roles for him in the future and then…
Then he surprised us all when he did some serious weight training for Ghajini and got a humongously hot body.
Recently he’d put on a bunch of weight and looked nothing like himself, of course this was for a role too.
We’re assuming the weight gain was for the parts where he played an older Mahavir Singh.
But now he’s surpassed all our expectations and given his 100% to get so fit for Dangal that it makes all the professional body-builders look bad!
How did he do it?
He woke up as early as 6am and trekked while he was in Arizona, US.
He then went on to cycle, swim and play tennis every day.
He also maintained a really strict diet as instructed by his trainer
And that’s how we got this beautiful man to show us what dedication and hardwork can get you!
