Amitabh Bachchan Totally ‘Uprooted’ Andrew Flintoff For Taking A Dig At Virat Kohli

If you have uploaded a Facebook Status about Virat Kohli, then you’re about to get the feels. Well I don’t need to tell you how amazingly awesome he was in last night’s WT20 match against Australia. When you just about threw in the towel, expecting the results to be a disappointment, Kohli wrapped the towel around his head and set to work!

 

And boy, did he deliver. So It’s safe to say that Virat Kohli is a nothing short of awesome sauce.

 

While we were rejoicing, Andrew Flintoff  tweeted his passive aggressive reception of Kohli’s performance during the match

At this rate @imVkohli will be as good as @root66 one day ! Not sure who @englandcricket will meet in the final now !

He compared Kohli to Joe Root, currently 25 and showing exceptional talent in the English Team. But what he did not expect was the following to happen.

 

And he received sass for his tweet about Kohli from none other than Senior Bachchan himself.

And not only did he uproot Andrews with his witty response, but, also showed some serious love and appreciation for Virat
