Karan Johar Opens Up About His Battle Against Depression And It Is Sure To Inspire You

Karan Johar has been one of the most successful directors in the Indian film industry. His movies have always had the biggest of stars, larger than life story lines and some of the most extravagant openings. However, the happiness and excitement depicted in his films may have been far from the reality he faced off the sets.

In a recent interview, Karan Johar opens up about his anxieties, insecurities and the phase of depression in his life. 

1. He talked about his anxieties regarding not having someone to share the joys of life with.

2. He went through a phase of depression in which he had a panic attack so severe, he felt like he was going into a cardiac arrest.
