“Necessity is the mother of invention.” So, while the world is grappling under COVID-19, people have come up with innovative ideas to carry on with their daily lives. From contactless shopping to special hug curtains, individuals have found creative ways to observe social distancing.
Speaking of which, Pashupatinath Temple in Mandsaur has installed a special bell in order to avoid physical contact, reports Hindustan Times. The bell has an automatic sensor that allows devotees to ring the bell without actually touching it.
The temple authorities said a contactless bell was important to avoid the spread of the virus. Nahru Khan, who installed the sensor, was quoted saying,
“I felt that there should be a way for people to able to ring the bell during the pandemic without touching it, so I installed this sensor.”

Many people admired the innovative idea of the contactless ‘mandir ki ghanti’:
People like him need to be celebrated all over the place for their brilliant use of technology to bring in social harmony…

Excellent work done by a true Indian… I think rather than thinking everything with religion perspective, we all must always believe We are one, We are all Indians…
