Here’s some exciting news for all the pizza lovers who are planning to tie the knot soon. If you are all about the pizza crust and a cheesy wedding then you might want to replicate what a frozen pizza brand is offering to couples getting married in the UK.
Chicago Town has launched the world’s first Pizza Bridal Package for one lucky bride-to-be.
According to reports, as a part of the package, the winner will be given a bespoke pepperoni loaded wedding dress. The package will also include a six-tier pizza wedding cake, featuring a range of the company’s offerings, a pizza bouquet plus a honeymoon to Chicago and £500 (Rs 43,076 approx.) spending money.
This comes after the brand’s research team revealed that pizza is in particularly high demand at weddings.
Rachel Bradshaw, Chicago Town Brand Manager said, “Weddings are the ultimate celebration of love, but it seems like our obsession with food trumps everything else when it comes to anticipating and enjoying someone else’s big day.”
“Our research has revealed that more than half of Brits would be excited to attend a wedding if they knew pizza was on the menu, so we’re delighted to launch the world’s first Pizza Bridal Package. Celebrating pizza in all its gooey, messy goodness, our Pizza Bridal Package includes a bespoke pizza wedding dress, a pizza bouquet and incredible six-tier pizza wedding cake,” she adds.
And like any other competition, this also comes with its own sets of terms and conditions. The competition is only open to couples getting married in the UK on or before December 21, 2019, and the honeymoon must be redeemed before the end of 2020.
This looks like it’s inspired by Rihanna’s epic yellow fur dress she donned at the Met Gala in 2015 that made LIT pizza memes!
