“Health is wealth.” Having said that, the only physical activity I have done recently is going back and forth from my bed to the fridge. And, honestly, it’s not just me. Several people around the globe find it difficult to workout at home. From the lack of equipment to feeling too cosy and lazy, there are numerous reasons why individuals might have gained some ‘quarantine weight.’
Speaking of which, recently, many people took to social media to share their issues while working out dedicatedly. From foraging for delicious food to taking long naps, people online pointed out hilarious things they ended up doing post-working out. Have a look:

Monday to Friday – 90 minutes work outs and strict diet.
Friday evening to Sunday evening – atleast 2×6 packs + half bottle of Old Monk + whiskey/scotch( swad anusaar)
