Fitness Instructor In Spain Gives Class From Terrace, Neighbours Join In From Windows

In order to curb coronavirus from spreading further, Spain is one of the countries that have imposed a nation-wide lockdown. Millions of people have been confined to their homes with a minimum scope of entertainment. Last week we saw how quarantined Italians sang together from their balconies to beat boredom.

And now, residents of an apartment complex in Spain have been seen working out in unison from their windows during a workout class held by a fitness instructor from the terrace, reports Hindustan Times.

The fitness instructor can be seen encouraging the residents standing on their balconies and in front of windows to join the workout session. A video of the incident has gone viral on the internet and in it, people can be seen jumping jacks in front of their windows!

In Seville, Spain, residents of an entire apartment complex couldn't leave their homes due to the quarantine.

So a fitness instructor went up to a rooftop and held a workout class.
