In the pursuit to find true love, one woman married 10 times and is on the verge of a divorce with her current husband, all because he isn’t “the one”, reports Times Now.
The 56-year-old woman, who recently appeared in the chat show named ‘Dr Phil’ said, “I don’t care how many marriages it takes; I will keep trying until I find the one that can love me.”
When talking about her marriages, the woman reveals that her longest marriage lasted for 8 years and the shortest one lasted for 6 months. There are varied reasons why she got divorced from her earlier husbands. For example, her second marriage, which lasted for 7 years, turned sour because the husband stopped telling her “I love you”. Instead, he would say “Ditto” when she told him she loved him, reports Mirror UK.
She claims that her current husband is a “control freak”.
“When I’m in a marriage and I just can’t take it anymore, I’m usually the first one to say, ‘That’s it; we’re getting a divorce’, and I quit,” she said.
