An extramarital affair is never good news. It is always better, to be honest with your partner than breaking their hearts. The lack of trust can sometimes have grave consequences. Like, when a man stabbed his wife due to her crush on a celebrity or when a husband hired a contract killer to shoot his wife’s boyfriend.
Now, in what seems to be a plot right out of an Indian TV serial, the wife of an army officer was reportedly engaged in an extramarital affair. The woman from the Jhunjhunu district of Rajasthan was seeing a man from Jaipur, reports News 18.
The woman, who married her husband in 2018, lived alone with her mother-in-law as their husbands were serving the army and had been deployed out of town. The wife peacefully continued the affair in her husband’s absence. However, her mother-in-law got suspicious and started taunting her about being on the phone all the time.
Fed up with the regular interference, the woman reportedly conceived a plan to eliminate her mother-in-law. According to reports, she decided to kill her with a snakebite so that the death couldn’t be traced back to her. The woman is said to have partnered with her alleged beau and plotted to kill her husband’s mother.
However, her cunning plan supposedly didn’t work as her in-laws got a whiff of the foul play. A month later they filed a police complaint against the two lovers. With the help of concrete evidence, the police arrested the woman and her partner.
Remember, no matter how hard you try to conceal the truth, it will always come out. Murder is never the solution to any problem.
