There’s a lot of dark and dreary information running around on the internet. And to break that monotony, people often tend to make a sly joke and lighten the atmosphere. However, since everyone doesn’t have the same level of sense of humour, they miss the point of the joke.
Now, there are two ways of handling the act of not getting a joke. Either one can ask for an explanation, get the point and then join in on the fun. Or they can completely ruin everyone’s mood by going on a weird tangent and then getting all worked up about it for no apparent reason.
The latter happened when Twitter user @ramzpaul shared a fact about shaking hands and Amy Brown cracked a joke about it.

However, one netizen got a little too carried away after seeing her response and even pulled up an old photo of Amy to highlight her physical incapability to slap @ramzpaul.

There are a lot of things happening in this world, and even on the internet, that requires our full attention. And jokes don’t even come on that list of things. So, don’t take this netizen’s example and redirect your mathematical knowledge on stuff that will actually make a difference.
