You know how parents tend to ask a gazillion questions if they find out you’re going on a date, right? Who is he, what does he do, how do you know him, how long will you be gone etc etc. Well, a comedian from the US named Mary Beth Barone found the perfect way to deal with them and you’re going to LOVE her idea.
She created a pamphlet which had her family’s dating-related ‘frequently asked questions’ with answers. She printed them out and handed one to each family member before the date. Talk about being prepared!

Here’s a closer look at what was inside the pamphlet.
This has to be the perfect way to dodge any and every question pertaining to our social life. Which is probably why the tweet has over 5000 retweets and 56,000 likes already.
Her innovative attempt received a stamp of approval from the Twitteratti. Many wanted to give it a try themselves.

Her pamphlet was a huge success, the relationship, however, was a different matter entirely. Here’s what went down.
date was 10/10, him ghosting me a few weeks later 0/10!

If you were in Mary’s shoes, would you create a pamphlet to avoid your family’s grilling interrogation? Or would you prefer to deal with it in a more classic and direct manner? Tell us.
