There are 2 types of people on this planet – the ones who scream at the sight of a rat and the others who shoo them off bravely. However, while it’s okay to be afraid of the rodent, we should never hurt anyone while running away from the little creature. For instance, a Zambian woman sank her teeth into her husband’s genitals because he refused to chase off a rat for her, reports the New York Post.
The bizarre incident took place when 40-year-old Mukupa returned home after drinking out with her friends. She discovered a rat in her room and immediately complained about it to her 52-year-old husband Abraham Musonda. As the rat’s presence continued to pester her, she was unable to sleep.
She then ordered her husband to get rid of it, reports the Mirror. However, when he refused to oblige, an argument ensued between the couple. During the fight, an enraged Mukupa bit her husband’s genitals, causing a ‘major tear’. Following the incident, he was rushed to the hospital for urgent medical treatment.
The couple is reportedly separated but they still live under the same roof in separate rooms. Well, it sure is scary to encounter a rat but that doesn’t mean we should harm others.
