Earlier today, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Russian President Vladimir Putin held “delegation level talks”, before which the two visited the Zvezda shipbuilding complex, reports NDTV. On their way to the complex, the two spent some quality time on board a ship and a video of the two has been going viral.
The video shows the two sitting and pretty much awkwardly smiling at each other. What has been grabbing everyone’s attention is that Putin has taken off his watch and is playing around with it, spinning it on the table.
The question is, why has Putin taken his watch off?

It's not about the watch but more about what he is doing with it .. it's a method of distraction by which you can off balance the thinking of person in front of you and show dominance .. all leaders have tricks like this ..
