Indian skipper Virat Kohli was instrumental with the bat in India’s epic win over Australia at The Oval on Sunday. The number 18’s responsible knock of 82 runs played perfect cushion to a dazzling century from Shikhar Dhawan, which turned the tide in favor of the ‘Men In Blue’ in the mega World Cup encounter.
However, just before the start of the match, Kohli received some much-needed motivation from his alma-mater which may have charged up the talisman. In a bid to wish him good luck, Vishal Bharti Public School, the place where Kohli grew up studying and learning cricket, sent him soil from the school premises.
The soil from @imVkohli's school, where he learnt to play cricket, is going to London to bless him.
