Man Scales A Building To Save 4-YO Kid Hanging From Balcony, Netizens Laud The ‘Spider-Man’

At this point every single movie-lover has probably watched ‘Avengers: Infinity War‘ and are wishing they could get Tony Stark’s suit to jump into action. Or maybe twirl your hands to do some magic and levitate things. But, no matter what your power of choice is, imagining yourself as a superhero is easy. Doing the same in real life is something completely different.

As courage is the biggest superpower among humans, we’ve seen a lot of real-life superheroes do astonishing tasks. A few days ago we saw a Sikh police officer risk his life to save another. We’ve seen an ordinary U.S. citizen rescue a man from a dangerous wreckage. And now we’ve yet another example from Paris.

In a video that’s going viral all across social media, a child can be seen hanging from a tall building’s balcony while a man makes a jaw dropping rescue attempt.

The incident occurred in the northern part of Paris where a little child was seen hanging from a fourth-floor balcony. The neighbour can be seen trying to hoist the child up but is unable to do so because of a barrier between the flats. And that’s where the 22-year-old Mamoudou Gassama comes into the picture.

Without even thinking twice, he climbs the front of the building. He uses his height to get from one balcony to another. And as soon as he reaches the fourth-floor, he pulls the kid up before the four-year-old loses his grip. It’s scary and phenomenal to watch and even though it’s captured on video, Mamoudou’s act looks straight out of a superhero movie.

The Twitterati couldn’t believe their eyes as well and lauded Mamoudou Gassama for his heroism.

1. That’s powerful.

2. True that.

3. Give him a medal based on this video alone.

4. It’s extraordinary indeed.

5. Quite appropriate!

The internet was mighty impressed by Mamoudou’s selflessness. And when word of his bravery reached President Emmanuel Macron’s ears, he invited him to the Elysee Palace to thank him in person. He’s truly an inspiration for the world.
