UP Guy Dials 100 To Travel By Police Van Because He Ran Out Of Bus Fare

Remember those all-important emergency numbers parents drilled into us since we were 14? You have the ambulance, fire department and above all 100 for the local police.

While the numbers remain on the tips of our tongues, we’re extra careful never to dial them without sufficient cause. However, a UP youth didn’t think twice before dialing 100.

When the Uttar Pradesh police hastened to him, they realised the young man’s emergency was that he needed a ride. You see, he didn’t have enough cash for bus fare. Tsk tsk.

The spirited youth told the cops that he hoped to get to Gunnaur in a police vehicle after he ran out of cash. The cop pointed out that the police vehicle wasn’t intended for public transport.

However, the unabashed youth quipped that it was a government vehicle, so he was entitled to travel in it! The man’s logic left the cops stumped and it was all captured on camera.

See for yourself!

The video shows the youth completely unfazed as he is questioned by UP policemen. The highlight is when the cops as him if he is a druggie, to which the lad replied, “nasha nahi karta mai, mai chillum pita hun bachpane se.” He even brandishes his chillum pipe before the cops and then pockets it.

But wait, there’s more! Watch part II of the video-

While the entire episode involving the naive and impudent youth has left the internet in splits; it is his sheer nonchalance that is the funniest part. The hilarious interaction is now viral on social media with people commending the UP policemen for all that they deal with on a daily basis.

What do y’all say, should he smoke less chillum?
