As an introvert, fancy dress competitions were a nightmare. First you had to muster up the courage to tell your parents that you need a costume. Once that’s done, you had to actually show up and walk the talk. And when all that failed, as per usual, you would show up in your school uniform to prove what an embarrassment you are. Or is that just me? However, that’s not the case nowadays.
Gen Z and Gen Alpha children are excelling in everything they’re getting their hands on. From studies to sports and other extra-curricular activities, they’re at the top of their game. In addition to all that, three toddlers are proof that they’re killing it in fancy dress competitions as well.
In a video uploaded on Twitter by Matt, three kids can be seen dressed in colourful cardboard boxes. However, in a moment’s notice, they transform into vehicles.
As you can see, initially the kids’ costumes look like they’re a work in progress. But soon they show off that they aren’t amateurs and are instead the kid versions of the Transformers.
The kids fall down on their knees to reveal that one of them’s a car, the other’s a jet plane and the last one’s a truck. However, for true Transformers fans, the yellow one’s Bumblebee, the plane’s Starscream and the truck is obviously Optimus Prime.

Seriously any other kids attending this fancy dress competition have no idea how badly they’re about to get owned👌🏻🤖 pic.twitter.com/3jX7BXcd64

As mentioned in the tweet, the kids who’re about to come face-to-face with this trio are going to go home crying. And if they’re as introverted and lazy as me, they kind of deserve to be owned because these kids have clearly put more effort into their costumes. Or maybe you can take tips from them and make better costumes in the future.
