Man Claims He’s A Time Traveller From The Year 5000, Shows Picture Of Drowned Future City

For centuries mankind has been trying to find out whether time travel is possible. This obsession with the concept has given birth to movies, sci-fi shows and books which seek to imagine how the world must be, hundreds of years from now. While a lot of people believe that humans would be largely dependent on machines, others believe that robots will be ruling us.

But, what if someone were to tell you exactly what is going to happen in the future? Would you believe them or will you just shrug them off as crazy and delusional? Do you think I would ask you this question if I didn’t have anything to back it up with?

In a sudden turn of events, a man named Edward has surfaced who claims to be a time traveller. He claims that he was part of a laboratory experiment in 2004, that allowed him to time travel to the year 5000, where he was informed about the post-apocalyptic floods. He even brought a picture to “prove” it.

In a video with ApexTV, a channel which explores the weird and supernatural, the man talks about how he was sent to the future and saw the city of Los Angeles completely underwater because of global warming.

The interview is conducted in his native Armenia and has his face and voice disguised.

Elaborating on the city in the future, he said,

“It was unbelievable. I was standing on a huge wooden platform. Not only me – houses, buildings, vehicles, of course, all made from wood. After I realized it was the same city, Los Angeles, but underwater. Just it was flooded and the whole city was underwater, and people (were) living on the water.”

As reported by DailyMail, Edward also talked about how the polar ice caps had melted enough to submerge the entire city, because of global warming. He claims to have clicked the picture from a special camera that he was equipped with during the experiment.

He also talks about the evolution of the human race and says that humans in this time transformed into beasts, that civilization had stopped, and billions of people had died. He also claims to have met a thousand-year-old man who told him how the human race was at the peak of development before the floods hit.
