Tiger Shroff Claims He Auditioned For ‘Spider-Man’ & Marvel Was ‘Quite Impressed’ With Him

With all the backflips and high kicks that Tiger Shroff can do, he would actually make a good superhero. And I’m not talking about ‘The Flying Jatt’. But according to a report by TOI, Tiger Shroff apparently had auditioned for the role of Spider-Man!

Marvel Universe’s ‘Spider-Man’ is currently being played, rather gloriously, by the immensely talented Tom Holland. However, Tiger Shroff claimed that he had sent his tapes to Marvel and alleged that the makers were impressed with the videos. He also claimed that he came “quite close” to playing the superhero, reported Hindustan Times.

He made these claims during an interview with ConnectFM Canada. He further claimed that he had made a suggestion to Marvel – that they would save a lot of money on their VFX because he could naturally do what most superheroes can when it comes to action.

“I had auditioned for Spider-Man. I had sent them my tapes also, my showreel. They were quite impressed as to what I could do. My pitch to them was ‘I’d save you a lot of money on VFX because I can do most of what Spider-Man can do’,” Tiger Shroff said.

Not gonna lie, but he has a point! Do you think Tiger would make a good Marvel superhero?
