It’s one of those days. You turn on the computer, and when you try to use the Internet, you realize its just not going to co-operate with you today. Expectation is the mother of all frustration. Sigh. This is a short story of the feelings that slow Internet induces in you:
1. The page displays this
Funny how that yellow symbol starts a fire in you.
2. But you decide to give the Internet a second chance…You cancel all the stuff that is being downloaded
3. Hit the refresh button more than Shah Rukh Khan hit on Juhi Chawla in the movie “Darr”
4. Opening another browser instead… maybe the other one is not working?
5. Nothing seems to work…
6. …Which blows into full blown frustration
7. Especially when you have important work online
Which includes putting up a new profile picture on Facebook.
8. You try to use the Internet anyway
9. When the tabs STILL won’t load… you go do random stuff
Dance. Look in the mirror. Make weird faces. Get to know what all the computer has to offer, without the Internet.
10. You give up, and are just about to switch off the computer, when…
The tabs load! The Internet is functioning again! Hallelujah!
11. And everything is right in the world again
 But hey, atleast you got to do something different today- get to know the rest of your house when the net was down. Or notice the colour of your mouse.
